Veggies and Coconut-Curry Sauce
I love taking pictures of our dinners. This is the broccoli, califlower, cabbage and extra veggies marinated overnight in the coconut-curry sauce. I got the recipe from Rachel Talley in Utah. Mmmmm good. It is eaten raw - cold - like a chowder. The sauce is quite yummy. Followed with flax crackers and avocado. Of course - fudge for dessert.
